Well, No. Most likely not, but it depends on where you live. Hemp is illegal in the most countries around the world unfortunately. This is a real shame since Cannabis Seeds are jam packed with essential Acids and Fats amongst them some of the most beneficial poly unsaturated Omega3 fatty Acids, and there are a million other good reasons to grow Hemp. The Leaves can for example be harvested early and dried so to make tea out of them, which will not contain any toxics or Drugs, but which will taste deliciously. Still, If you live in the US or most of the European or Asian Countries you will have no Luck growing Hemp in your own Garden. You could always risk it, but would that be worth being seized by the DEA just so you can produce your own Hemp Tea? I doubt it.
Can I get Cannabis Seeds anywhere else to use them as Nutrition? Yes, you’re lucky that most of the whole Food Stores have Hemps Seeds in Stock, and in Case they don’t, you can always buy marijuana seeds online . About Foods, did you know that there are tons of Cookbooks out about how to cook with Hemp? For example you could make Pasta or Bread out of the Seeds or put the Seedlings and some Hemp oil in your salad. One of the best Seeds certainly are Hawaii Skunk Seeds .

This feature length documentary about medical madness, cloaked in bioterrorism preparedness, will awaken the brain dead. It exposes health officials, directed by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), for conducting a “War of Terror” that is killing millions of unwitting Americans. This urgent life-saving DVD comes without copyright restrictions. Every viewer is encouraged to reproduce and distribute copies to others. Donations to Tetrahedron Films to cover costs and produce more films like this are greatly appreciated online at http://www.inlieswetrust.com or by calling toll free 1-888-508-4787. You can screen the film on behalf of local charities. It was produced by award-winning humanitarian, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz (http://www.DrLenHorowitz.com), a world-renowned authority in public health education, covert intelligence agency operations, and emerging diseases investigations. He is the author of three American bestsellers, including Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola—Nature, Accident or Intentional? and Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse. (Tetrahedron Press; 1-888-508-4787) This monumental film exposes the agents and agencies behind: Hollywood films and the media creating a profitable culture of bioterror; the “War on Terrorism” used to control populations; the most lucrative war in history—the “War on Cancer;” the onslaught of dozens of new immunological diseases and deadly flus; the “War on AIDS” triggered by contaminated vaccines; the anthrax mailings resulting in restricted freedoms, and sales of toxic drugs, deadly vaccines, and more. Documents displayed in film may be viewed online at http://inlieswetrust.com For over 400 of the top Critically important videos see http://netctr.com/media -- Much more at the site. Wake up, get involved, Save the Republic - Your kids, grand kids and your life will depend on what you do from now on.
I watched this a little earlier and didn't find it shocking at all because this fella has put down what I've been thinking and knew about for years.

Put simply the top Nazi's were put to work for the American Govnt end of WW2 and have been systematically employing the methods of Nazism to gain global economic, social, and political control.

Its a very well put together documentary and for all those who were not brought up by post WW2 parents and grandparents and will prove truely eye opening to many of them. Here for the first time is a step by step logical, reasoned, well reserched investigation into the ties between present corporations, politicians, nazi's, Hollywood, and the pharacuitical industry.

Failing only to point out the blueprint for all this is Plato's 'Republic' the films conclusion is a troubling thing indeed. How far have the lies spread, and what future do any of us really have ?

I for one now feel better I haven't brought a child into this world.

Lets start with the basic WHY...
Once you have gone to the trouble of growing out a bunch of seeds to find that awesome plant, why would you want to let it go...
What I do is germinate a bunch of seeds and number the pots. veg them untill they are a decent size, then cut clones from each one... Number the clones to corrispond to the plant they came from...
Once the clones are rooted firmly then the seed plants can be flowered. as they show sex you can eliminate the males and keep or kill the corrisponding clones.
flower the females untill they are done to perfection ,chop and dry them seperatly (this is important or you are wasting your time)... now you get to compare quality.
Compare yield, taste, quality of smoke ect
If you find one plant that stands out then a Clone from that plant now becomes your Mum.
Now you can continue to grow clones from that Mum that will be identical.

Mums can be any size... It all depends on how many clones you need and how often.
For a small personal grow
Light can be kept low... a couple of CFL's is perfect, and ferts are kept to a minimum...

Word of warning... The larger the Mum the easier it will be to keep her around without killing her.

When I grew in a fridge I needed very few clones and was very tight for space... so I developed Bonsai mums in tiny 4" pots.
These plants were very delicate and could die if I left for a weekend
Here's an example of one that I managed to keep around for several years... note the beer on the right for a size perspective

I have since given up on trying to keep them quite so small.
My Mums now live in 2 gal buckets.
They are fed mostly plain water as fast growth is not required. once a year they are removed from the pots, roots are trimmed and they are transplanted back into the same size pot for another year.

These two girls can each produce 20 clones a week and take up very little space
This is my Apollo 11

and this is my Napalm

Both of these trees are aprox 3 yrs old...

I had to add this stem shot... I love this tree

Feel free to ask any questions... I love to talk about my bonsai trees

SEATTLE —
The federal government has gotten involved in the case of a medical marijuana patient support group that was raided recently by Seattle police.

According to the Seattle Police Department, the federal Drug Enforcement Administration has taken control of the marijuana seized during the raid on the Lifevine cooperative two weeks ago.

That raid made headlines largely because police seized hundreds of medical marijuana patient files. King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg declined to press charges against the man who runs the group, Martin Martinez, and had the files returned to him. But Seattle police didn't immediately return the 12 ounces of dried marijuana bud or several pounds of less-potent leaves, and the DEA took that last Friday.

Martinez's lawyer, Douglas Hiatt, had asked the police department to return the marijuana, arguing that Martinez had a legal right to it under Washington's medical marijuana law. However, because marijuana is illegal under federal law, U.S. Attorney Jeff Sullivan asked the DEA to take it and destroy it.

"Accordingly, the DEA has seized and processed the marijuana for destruction; that concludes this matter," the agency said Wednesday in a statement released by Seattle-based spokeswoman Jodie Underwood.
I'm an old Hippy grower and smoker. Mostly soil but have played with Perlite/Vermiculite in an IRB.
I grew in a fridge under a 400w hps for years then upgraded to a 1000w vertical room... around the time my first vert crop was almost ready my garage was broken into and all my plants and gear was stolen.... I'm 99% sure I know who did it, and they know I'm Shaggy... Sooo I can't grow indoors at this location any more.
I've got a few plants outdoors here and there and have been playing with some "Stupid Plant Tricks" like growing one upside down just for fun.

Last winter saw a wave of raids on cannabis plantations in Norway, and now those charged are facing their day in court. Two Swedes and a Dutch defendant are linked to two of the largest plantations, and they're charged under Norway's so-called "mafia" law designed to fight organized crime.

Prosecutor Cathrine Fossen told newspaper Aftenposten on Tuesday that there's a link between large plantations found in Lillehammer and in Kongsberg, and that they involve a group with criminal operations beyond Lillehammer. The mafia law can thus apply, she said.

The plantation in Lillehammer was in operation from April 2007 to February 2008, when police raided it. At that time, it had four or five sub-operations. One person was arrested at the scene, and two others after a car chase.

The cannabis plantations were all found inside otherwise ordinary-looking homes, which had been rented out by persons of Vietnamese background. The homes were then converted into large greenhouse-type operations, and many ruined in the process. More than 500 cannabis plants were found just on the top floor of the Lillehammer house.

Police in Norway have raided nearly 50 cannabis plantations in eastern Norway since last fall. In all the cases, the operations were inside homes rented by Norwegian-Vietnamese men. More than 100 persons have been arrested, 10 have been convicted so far and 10 more have been charged.

Blacked-out windows and the sound of running water are dead giveaways in the growing business of indoor marijuana plantations, say police.

The New Plymouth drug squad has shut down a sophisticated set-up on Puniho Rd near Okato which had 160 cannabis plants in various stages of growth.

They arrested a 38-year-old man who will appear in the New Plymouth District Court on July 31, charged with possessing cannabis. The man did not live at the address and police are yet to locate the property's resident.

CIB drug chief Detective Sergeant Greg Gray said the plants ranged in size from seedlings to 1m tall and were good quality.

"We found a quantity of cannabis growing in and around the house, as well as a cannabis growing operation set up in the ceiling. "I think that the person growing it knew what they were doing," Mr Gray said. Lights, fans, electrical times, watering cans, sprayers and plant food were found in the ceiling.

Mr Gray said the operation had been photographed and taken apart.

Police also found dried cannabis at the address and a small amount of cannabis resin, but no other drugs, money or firearms were located.

Mr Gray said the find was bigger than police had expected. "It is a reasonable size and obviously the offender had gone to a great deal of trouble setting up the operation in the ceiling."

Mr Gray said growing drugs indoors had become popular as it was not weather-dependent and could be done year round. "Over the last 10 years we tend to find more and more of them."

Tell-tale signs your neighbours are growing cannabis indoors include blacked out windows, running water and marijuna smells. "All those sort of things can alert our suspicions to what is going on," he said.

It has been called the most expensive joint in the history of Scottish justice.

A criminal prosecution over a single cannabis cigarette has cost the taxpayer thousands of pounds after rumbling on for nearly three years.

It began in October 2005 when Andrew Latto was caught with a small amount of the Class C drug with a street value of just £4 while visiting a friend at Perth Prison.

Despite being on the way out of the jail after visiting time finished, Latto admitted he had arrived intending to pass on the drug.

Yesterday, after 17 days in court, the case finally reached a conclusion when he was placed on probation for 12 months.

He was caught by prison staff and arrested in October 2005. The case first called at Perth Sheriff Court in January 2006 and was continued without plea. It called again in February 2006 when Latto's solicitor sent a letter pleading not guilty, so trial and intermediate diet dates were set by the court clerk.

In April 2006 Latto, from Methil in Fife, admitted possession of cannabis with intent to supply in the prison.

Since then the case has been called at the court and continued on a further 13 occasions, until Latto was finally sentenced yesterday.

On several occasions the case has been delayed while background reports were gathered. Some of the delays were caused by administrative errors.

At one point Latto refused to go to court because, according to his solicitor Kelly Howe, he had developed agoraphobia and was too scared to venture out.

The delays frustrated the sheriff, who threatened to issue a warrant for Latto's arrest if he did not show.

DAYTON, Ohio -- Police in Dayton said officers found a drug operation in the basement of a home while they were making an arrest for a domestic violence complaint.

Officers said they went to the Reading Road home looking for 24-year-old Zachary Gold, after a woman he lived with filed a domestic violence complaint. Officers said that incident allegedly took place about 7 p.m. Sunday night.

The woman told police that Gold threatened her life and she took off with her child. Police said Gold was also gone when they arrived.

Officers said they got another call early Monday morning saying Gold was back at the house. Officers went to the door and said Gold voluntarily let them in. They spotted a loaded shotgun next to the door and they said Gold told them there was a loaded rifle behind a couch.

Officers said there were several other men in the home so they began checking the house. That's when they say they stumbled across a suspicious room in the basement. Police said the room was sealed and heavily insulated.

Police said they smelled marijuana when standing close to the door. Sgt. George Hammann said, "Officers removed the pins on the door, went in and found marijuana plants. About eight to 10 plants that were about two to three foot tall and then an incubation system for twenty smaller plants."

Police removed all of the plants from the basement. Investigators also took lights, transformers and other machinery associated with a large marijuana-growing operation.

Officers took Gold to the Montgomery County Jail where he was booked in on a domestic violence charge and a drug charge. Police said they will talk with prosecutors Monday about filing other charges against him.
'Police officers suddenly noticed marijuana plants sprouting from his begonias,' a police spokeswoman in The Hague told Reuters.
The pensioner promised to destroy the marijuana plants, which he believes were planted by local youngsters, says Reuters.

Earlier this month the Dutch government set up a task force to crack down on marijuana cultivation. Growing marijuana is illegal in the Netherlands, but a blind eye is turned to its sale in so-called coffee shops.

By VIRAJ PERPALL
A noted rise in the cultivation and teen usage of marijuana in the Bahamas is prompting government officials to begin surveys once again in schools to find out how many youth are involved in the soliciting of illegal drugs and drug abuse.

According to Deputy Director Designate of the Anti-Drug Secretariat Terrance Fountain, studies in The Bahamas have shown that marijuana is the drug of choice by far, for teenage senior high school youth – an issue he claims that has far reaching social implications far beyond high school.

In a recent interview with The Bahama Journal Mr. Fountain said that though The Bahamas has been regarded generally as a transit country for illegal drugs, he added that the cultivation of marijuana in recent times has gone up.

He said that this calls for great concern seeing that marijuana is proven to be the most popular illegal drug for teenagers and young men.

"While the last school drug survey was done in 2002 I don’t suspect much would have changed in terms of experimentation with marijuana which by far is the drug of choice within our schools and among our young people," Mr. Fountain said.

He said that a high school drug survey is currently being organized and prepared for the coming fall school semester as many young people in schools are at risk to the drug.

Mr. Fountain who has specific responsibility for the National Drug Observatory, the statistics research and information arm of the Anti-Drug Secretariat, said that the issue of drug abuse cannot be properly addressed until proper research is done on the topic.

He said that from the last school drug survey it was discovered that between 15 per cent and 20 per cent of young people in The Bahamas had experimented with marijuana at least once in their lifetime.

He said that even within the school arena, some populations of students are more susceptible for marijuana use than others.

"We can’t paint everyone with a broad brush, if this is a population that is more susceptible than our activities and efforts need to be directed towards that group.

"Not ignoring the others but putting the focus where the focus should be. As it is right now, it is more amongst males and older male young people," he said.

He added that the gender ratio of males to females going into The College of the Bahamas is also directly related to this occurrence.

Mr. Fountain said that the need for more drug research in The Bahamas is rising and added that his responsibility will be to supply information needed by the government and various other organized bodies.

"There will be a need for indicators at the national level to give an indication of where we (The Bahamas) are in our efforts in the fight against drugs. And that will put us in a position where we can plan more appropriately.

"We can assist the policy makers and it will put us in a position where we can monitor and evaluate and determine how effective we (The Bahamas) will be in the fight against drugs," Mr. Fountain said.

Mr. Fountain said that only when proper research is put into perspective will officials see whether or not anti-drug efforts in The Bahamas are assisting in the fight against illegal drugs.

He said that only then will the answers to many questions come such as: "What is going on with our students? Are the anti-drug efforts taking place in our schools bearing fruit? Is the proportion of people who experiment with drugs for the first time up or down? What proportion of those people who experiment will go on to continue to use drugs?"

Mr. Fountain said that one of the questions he asked the young people in the past surveys was ‘where do you get your information form?’

He said that from the responses, he found that the older young people get, the more they learn about drugs from friends and get information on drug use from the Internet and other sources.

"I think we have a long way to go with our respect to our educational efforts on drug abuse. We need to be more specific with the message and segment that message to everyone who needs to get it.

This has to be supported by laws and policies Mr. Fountain added.

He added that he is pleased with the fight against illegal drugs in recent times in The Bahamas and said that drug seizures are an indication of the in-country effort to fight illegal drugs.

Just last week law enforcement in Grand Bahama seized over $2 million from a Grand Bahama construction worker.

The man was taken into custody after being found in possession of more than $2.3 million dollars in cash, police reported Thursday.

The 50-year-old man of Haitian origin was placed under arrest from last Monday. That’s when police allegedly found him in possession of $2,378,213 dollars in cash – all but $18,495 in U.S. currency, according to Acting Assistant Commissioner of Police Hulan Hanna.

Officers from the Central Detective and Drug Enforcement Units arrived at the man’s #2 Royal Palm Apartment, located on Fortune Drive in Freeport, around 9 pm Monday, he said.

Officers were alerted to the scene after someone tripped an alarm at the complex Mr. Hanna said.

Is All Marijuana Use Medical?

The July 28 issue of The New Yorker includes a subtle, honest, and absorbing account of the gray market created by California's legalization of medical marijuana. Author David Samuels hangs out with a pot-wholesaling buddy for six months and through him meets growers, mules, dispensary operators, and patients. Samuels candidly describes how easy it is to get a doctor's recommendation (he gets one for "anxiety and depression") but at the same time offers reasons to wonder whether that should be considered a problem:

"People are talking about how it's being over-recommended and abused," [a defense attorney specializing in marijuana cases] said. "I mean, big fucking deal. It's not toxic!"...

Like many other dispensary owners I spoke with, Cindy derives particular satisfaction from providing medication to people who suffer from chronic diseases. Although she suspects that there is nothing seriously wrong with many of the young men who come in to buy an eighth of L.A. Confidential, she doesn't regard marijuana as a harmful drug when compared with Xanax, Valium, Prozac, and other pills that are commonly prescribed by physicians to treat vague complaints of anxiety or dysphoria....

Though [a doctor who writes recommendations] was always careful to observe the letter of California state law, he said, "My personal belief is that marijuana is a useful and relatively harmless substance and that adults should be free to choose whether they want to use it or not."

When adults have that freedom, the world that Samuels describes, in which marijuana carries a load of cultural and political baggage that has little to with its intrinsic properties, will no longer exist.

Greg Beato covered California's medical marijuana scene for reason last year.
